We are actively taking reservations for 2018.  It's never too soon to make a reservation; we often sell out before we even get all of our pigs for the year.  We should have pigs available starting in September and then periodically into December.  Chickens in June and October.


It's a very simple process.  To put you on the list, I only need your name, email address and phone number.  No deposits are required.  A few days before slaughter, Byron Center Meats will contact you for instructions.  They will call you again when the meat is ready for pickup.  That's all there is to it!


You're welcome to come out to the farm to see the pigs and how they live.  You're also welcome to observe on butcher day.  It's a little messy, but many people have really enjoyed being able to see the entire process.  Get to know where your meat comes from!
